The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to your community.

SASSA will be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it truly is alarmed with regards to the large range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the large range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office focused on service the area daily. The service position created for intervention ordeals a high inflow of possible beneficiaries, that makes it hard for the Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra methods to allow the servicing of all customers and SRD maximize entry to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
